Yes. If we have received a 48-hour notice, students can reschedule lesson bookings.
CAN I RECEIVE TRAINING ON MY PERSONAL VEHICLE FROM A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR?
This is allowed but with limitations. We can provide lessons on the student’s personal vehicle if a student has their novice license (Class 7N) and they need training for their Class 5 road test. However, due to liability we can’t provide lessons to a student with a learner’s license (Class 7L) on their personal vehicle
CAN I BE PICKED UP FROM WORK, HOME, APPOINTMENTS, AND SCHOOL?
Yes. If you don’t already know, 4 Seasons Driving School is a family-owned business, and we operate from our home. We pick up all our customers from their homes for all our on-road lessons. We will happily pick you up from any desired location and drop you off where needed at the end of the lesson
CAN I USE A 4 SEASONS CAR FOR MY ROAD TEST?
Yes. Most of our packages provide a vehicle for a student’s road test. If you haven’t had any lessons with 4 Seasons Driving School and need a vehicle for your road test, we offer a rental vehicle for your road test. Students needing a rental vehicle for their road test will be picked up from the location of choice, given a quick pre-trip (familiarize) of the vehicle before their test and then dropped off at their preferred location after their road test.
I’M GOING FOR MY ROAD TEST OR HAVE A FUTURE DATE BOOKED. CAN YOU TELL ME IF I’M READY FOR MY ROAD TEST?
Yes. A one-hour on-road practice test with 4 Seasons Driving School will provide you with instant feedback on your driving skills. You will be provided with the tips and maneuvers you need to know for your road test, and we will advise you for any practice you may need before your road test.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS AS A PAYMENT METHOD?

DO YOU WORK IN THE EVENINGS AND ON WEEKENDS?
Yes. We always work around our students’ schedule. If a student needs us in the evening or on the weekend, we will do our best to accommodate these times and days.
COULD I HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER OR A FRIEND SIT WITH US ON THE LESSON?
Yes. We have no objection if a student wants a family member or a friend to ride along on the lesson. However, it will be limited to one person only.
HOW DO I KNOW YOUR VEHICLE IS SAFE FOR LESSONS?
Our vehicle undergoes an annual commercial inspection, and we have the maximum insurance on the vehicle required by ICBC for car training. Our vehicle is equipped with dual brake and gas pedals.
HOW MANY DRIVING LESSONS DO I NEED?
There is no requirement for anyone to use a driving school before they go for their road test. However, how many lessons you need will depend on your previous driving experience, driving habits, your confidence and aptitude for learning to drive. Everyone learns at different speeds. A one-on-one driving lesson with us will provide you with immediate feedback, and as an owner and instructor I will personally be following your progress and advising you accordingly.
CAN I TEXT YOU?
Yes. You can text us anytime.
WHEN SHOULD I START TAKING LESSONS?
Anyone can improve their driving at any time. You could have your full privilege license (Class 5)- a driving instructor can help you learn certain maneuvers you may be struggling with and provide you with skills to be a safe and defensive driver. New drivers with a learner’s license (Class 7L) - ICBC recommends you have at least 60-hours of driving experience or practise before your Class 7N road test. We highly recommend a new driver to start taking their lessons upon receiving their learner's license (Class 7L). A few lessons in the early stages will provide you with a good idea of what you should work towards over the next year with your co-pilot. Drivers with more driving experience may want a couple of lessons before their road test to improve their driving skills, learn maneuvers they may need to know for their road test and work on driving habits that may require some attention.
